About
M. D. Williamson, Sr., CPA, CFE began providing accounting and consulting services in 1997. Its focus was to provide the best accounting and consulting services possible to its clients. The firm has helped clients in a variety of industries including commercial and residential real estate, construction, hotel accommodation, manufacturing transportation, investing, restaurant and bar, retail shops, advertising and marketing, mortgage and lending, engineering, legal and professional, computer technology, and data management.
Past experiences of its owner have helped the firm provide advice to small businesses by allowing its clients to benefit from the broad CFO/Controller knowledge base available and allowing them to obtain that knowledge for a fraction of the cost of hiring a full time CFO/Controller.

Meet the staff
Mike Williamson
Owner
30+ years of experience in Tax, Accounting, Finance & Business, 20 of those have been spent running a CPA firm. Prior to starting the CPA firm, I served as the CFO/Controller of 4 different privately held companies reporting to the company’s Board of Directors regarding financial and accounting issues. In February 1997 I began the CPA firm, with Jennifer helping me, and in 2009 I hired my first employee. I have been working to assist people with their small business organizations since and have acquired a wealth of knowledge in the tax, accounting and business areas that I apply to assist my clients with their needs.
Jen Williamson
Jen Williamson has been with the firm for 26 years. She does bookkeeping and accounting for the firm
and anything else that needs doing. She and her best friend Mike have been married for 27 years and
have 4 kids and three grandchildren. She enjoys K‐dramas and reading.
Selena Dixon
Selena Dixon has been with the firm since August 2020 assisting with bookkeeping, accounting and
anything needed. She is a native of Ennis and is married with two sons. Selena enjoys family gatherings
and baking. Her cake balls are OUT of this WORLD.
Elizabeth Garcia Haros
Elizabeth Garcia Haros has been working with the firm since March of 2021. She speaks fluent Spanish
and does taxes, tax administration and bookkeeping. She lives in Fort Worth and enjoys spending time
with her family on the weekends. She likes to travel and is very brave to try all Jens recipes.
Julianne Featherson
(Ms. Myrtle)
Julianne Featherson (Ms. Myrtle) has been with the firm since March of 2021. She does bookkeeping, accounting, and is the Myrtle Cemetery liaison. After living on both coasts, she has decided to make
Ennis her forever home with her husband. She enjoys reading and anything new and fun with the girls at
work.
Annie Whittington
Annie Whittington officially joined the firm in January 2022. For the past 18 years she has provided tax,
accounting and financial statement preparation and review needs. She is very knowledgeable about IT
functions and making the firm work. She received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting
with a Minor in finance form the University of Texas at San Antonio then followed with a master’s in
business administration from Texas A&M. She lives in Ennis with her husband and fur babies. She loves
spending time with her family and listening to Jen talk at work.
